PURPOSE
This section is where the Bride & Groom make promises (vows) to each other.

PLACEMENT
The VOWS come after the TRANSITION TO THE VOWS and precedes THE RINGS section.

MORE INFO
The Bride & Groom do not have to pick the same vows to repeat to each other.

Also, it is generally the case for the officiant to have the couple repeat after him/her, but If the couple writes their own vows then they would read their vows from a piece of paper.

On rare occasions the Bride & Groom feel like they won’t be able to get through the vows they wrote so they have Officiant read them.

Finally, if the Bride & Groom do not want to say much during the ceremony then change the wording from a statement to a form of a question that the officiant will ask each of them and then they can respond with an “I do” (like Traditional Wedding Vows 1a)
